First, Toss a “Coin” to Toss a Fair Coin Fairly
A fair coin tossed lands squarely just the way it started — more often than it doesn’t. The culprit for this bias (some 50.8% to 49.2%) is a wobble, it seems, introduced by the tossing hand. Some hands, again, apparently are more wobbling than others.

- Visit the Fastmail System Status page.
- Check Web client and mobile app, Mail delivery and Mail access (IMAP/POP) for email-specific issues.
What you will find: You can see current as well as recently resolved issues with Fastmail; for current issues, you will often find an outlook toward a possible resolution.
Report an Issue to Fastmail
To report a problem you have with Fastmail (the web interface, the app, IMAP access, sending mail, etc.), create a support ticket. You need not have a Fastmail account, e.g., when you have trouble sending email to Fastmail. For problems accessing Fastmail from a particular machine, Fastmail ask for local traceroute output.
