  1. Click File in Outlook.

  2. Go to the Info tab.

  3. Select the account for which you want to change the sending name under Account information.

  4. Click Account Settings.

  5. Select Account Name and Sync Settings from the menu that has appeared.

    Exchange Accounts: While you can change the sending name for POP and IMAP accounts right in Outlook, for Exchange accounts, the change is applied in the web interface.
